To Rhyme - a #poem about #rhyming ..yes another one, what of it?

To Rhyme

I like to rhyme.
Is that a crime?
It's not like I do it all the time.
It's just a little habit of mine.

I sneak the rhymes in when I.write
I know that makes me "poetry lite"
Does it make you want to fight?
Because technically it isn't right?

I see you at the back there now
cringing at this useless cow
Rhyming cow with flipping now!
And wonder really why, and how?

But you know what? I just don't care
See lines are getting longer there?
Balls to structure words aren't square
I can stand the poet's glare!

So back to doing what I do
Or not because I don't want to
The joy of words is they are free
Amongst the rigid life of me!
